Introduction
Prior to my involvement in real estate my professional background has been as a Chief Financial Officer for companies the most recent of which had revenues in excess of $3 billion dollars. You may ask why I choose the field of real estate. Well, in the early 80s I purchased 10 properties and as I met some agents, it seemed that the level of sophistication was somewhat limited in certain areas. They lacked knowledge in some aspects of financial analysis, real estate tax matters and other important aspects of real estate market. It seemed that certain amount of sophisticated investors needed a higher level of assistance in the decision making process of investing in real estate. Naturally there are many good agents that are qualified in providing reliable services.
